An Event Encyclopedia

An Event Encyclopedia

If you believe that living today is mostly about wanting tomorrow to be better than yesterday, then I am sure there is a ‘PLAN’ that has been worked out.

I come from an industry where we do just two things.

Plan & Execute

You must have guessed it right

The Event Industry

If you are thinking the Event Industry is history, I don’t blame you. Thanks to the Pandemic, this clan just got buried overnight. But fortunately, we happened to be relatives of the Phoenix perhaps as deep down, we still managed to survive. Not everyone though.

Giving it a thought, I realised the Event Industry happens to be one of the most versatile, thinking of all those to whom this is where they source their bread and butter. Decorators, Musicians, Artists, Caterers etc. The list can be never-ending.

I highlight this as I realise it’s not going to be easy to source the right vendor for your needs. It’s crucial to have an expert around. With the current limitations, is it worth taking a risk by just going in for a random pick? Definitely no.

So, what’s the way out?

Just like you trust your regular search engine for a basic search, you can trust Eventspedia for all your Vendor needs. Not that it’s the only option, but it certainly is one of the best.

Let me tell you why…

– The experts from the industry with over 30 years of experience have contributed to help list the best.

– Everything that you need to put together an amazing event, is available under one roof. I mean a virtual roof.

– There are no hidden charges, brokerage or commission when you do business with Eventspedia.

– The names on the Eventspedia list are verified to make sure you get all the info that will help select the best options.

– We all know that there is a price for every service and if we are dealing with the best then it’s a higher cost to look at, but in this case, it’s just Rs2.70 per day. Affordability at its best.

– This is a global listing service so even if you are looking for a vendor outside the country you are at the right place.

– If you are a vendor then what is in here for you?

This platform helps you, not just to generate genuine leads but also allows you to edit your profile from time to time. You keep getting better and you update your client’s about it. Well, what more than getting to do it yourself. DIY.

– Running ads, campaigns and more, directly from the profile dashboard is another feature that is bought to you by Eventspedia.

– Being part of this industry, I understand the value of experience and it’s very impressive to have an efficient team find verified vendors who have been recommended by people in the industry for the industry.

I think I can go on, but I leave the rest for you to explore and experience.

An encyclopedia of the Events Industry, no matter what you are looking for. EVENTSPEDIA.

All the best, stay assured you have begun at the right place.

An Emcee: Do you really need one? If Yes which one?

An Emcee: Do you really need one? If Yes which one? There is quite a lot of thought that goes into making this decision especially now during the phase of this Pandemic .   – “So let someone in the family do it” if it’s a personal function   – “We  certainly  can zero down on someone from the office”, if it’s a corporate affair   – “Let’s see if we can find someone reasonable or it’s okay”   – “We don’t have a budget for an  Emcee  at all.”   – “Small gathering we will manage somehow “   – “It’s  just  the small introduction at the beginning of the event and  maybe  a goodbye in the end why spend extra on that”   – “It’s  just  a waste not  really  needed”   – “It’s  just  online how does it matter if there is no Emcee”   So thoughts like these  regarding  an Emcee would  certainly  come up while  planning  an event, and here is something to add to these thoughts .   Managing the flow as per the Time   Every event has a flow and planning

This Event is ... Emceelicious

This Event is ... Emceelicious Hello! Ladies and Gentlemen A very warm welcome to…… Does this sounds familiar? Is this what we hear more often when an  Emcee  gets on stage? Correct, we do, and some variations, of course, which make us feel good, happy, pleasant etc. But what is it that catches our attention or gives us not so good vibes … ? Being an  Professional Emcee  for more than a decade in the industry I have got to learn so much while on the job. Though the book called ‘Mistakes’  has lots of lessons to teach, in our profession mistakes are pretty unhealthy. So as an  Emcee  cooking up an  Event  and wanting it to turn out  “Emceelicious” is what every Emcee would wish. Well I just came up with this word it means the Emcee earns a few credits for the success of the event. While making the preparations on one hand there could be variations in the recipe and on the other some ingredients are a strict NO Let’s figure out… Understand the Event Every  Event  h
